I am super stoked to present my new 2016 Showreel! If you love what its about please help me by sharing it with the world. Its taken me a while to get this on the road as I had to make the decision of where to take my career and passion and love for the art of filmmaking. I aim to only create films for good and working with brands that believe in the same message to spread positive vibes. This has been a huge collaboration with the most incredibly talented friends of mine and I can’t thank you enough.
HOW this film was made:
The process of making a film has three phases that are all equally as important (Pre- Production, Production and Post production).
I aimed to conceptualize something different in order to showcase my skill for the art form, but also to highlight my goal which is to revitalize the social media marketing space through linking local talent with inspirational stories that are sponsored by a ethical brand in a non invasive manner.
I sat down with a pen and paper and got writing. It took me about a day to conceptualize and then I called up a few mates and asked them if they were keen to jump on board with me and make this happen.
We took 2 days to shoot the film which was a push as there were so many different locations and complications with stunt guys and cast, but I had an amazing team and we pulled it together in the end. We had to Green Screen a lot of the interview/Voice Over based shots which is a technique i’ll explore with you guys in an explainer video soon. The cameras used were:
I edited the film in about 4 days and the rest of the post team took 2 days to complete everything else. The programs used were:
